Terms of Use
These terms govern use of AIR Stock Discovery (aistockradars.com). The service is operated by Donatas Juskus as an individual business (Autónomo — self-employed individual, Spain); contact information is on the Imprint page.
Nature of the service
AIStockRadars / AIR Stock Discovery provides descriptive research information about publicly traded companies. It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a solicitation of any kind. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use this service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to extract data beyond the interfaces provided. You agree not to use the service to violate any law or infringe any third party's rights.
Data sources and disclaimers
Company data is derived from public sources including US SEC filings and regulatory records. While we take reasonable care, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Scores are model outputs; they are descriptive, not predictive.
Data attribution
AIR Data is free to read on the site. Public reuse or quotation of AIR scores, discovery-gap values, or evidence-timeline summaries requires visible attribution. Please include the source string Source: AIR Stock Discovery — www.aistockradars.com alongside the quoted figure, and where technically possible link back to the page the data was consulted on. This applies to blogs, articles, newsletters, social posts, and academic use.
Scraping, bulk export, or automated re-distribution of scores and derived metrics is not permitted without prior written permission, except through the AIR API under the API terms below. Attribution does not imply endorsement, and does not transfer any rights over the AIR Score™ or AIR Discovery™ trademarks.
API terms
These terms apply to the AIR API (www.aistockradars.com/api/v1) in addition to the terms above. Plans, limits and prices are listed on the Developers page.
Keys
API keys belong to your account. Keep them secret: you are responsible for every call made with your keys. We store only a fingerprint of each key, so a lost key cannot be shown again — revoke it in Account and create a new one.
Limits
Each plan has a daily call limit per account, shared by all of the account's keys, and a per-second limit. Calls over a limit are refused and are not counted. Using several accounts or other means to get around a limit is not permitted.
Attribution
On the Free plan, every public use of AIR data obtained through the API must show the line “Source: AIR Stock Discovery — www.aistockradars.com”, linked to www.aistockradars.com where the medium allows links. On a paid plan the requirement is waived while the subscription is active. If a paid subscription ends or moves to Free, the requirement applies again to public use from the end of the paid period.
Redistribution
You may show AIR data in your own product, newsletter, research or tool. You may not resell, sublicense or republish AIR data as a dataset or feed, or redistribute a substantial part of it — for example a copy of the company list with its scores, or of the ranking history — without our prior written permission.
Not advice
AIR data is research. Every response says “Research, not investment advice.” You must not present AIR data as investment advice or as a recommendation of any security.
Availability
The API is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no uptime commitment or service-level agreement (SLA) on any plan unless agreed in writing. Changes are listed in the changelog on the Developers page.
Stability and versioning
- v1 is additive-only. We may add fields, endpoints and enum values at any time without notice. Your client must ignore fields it does not know and handle enum values it does not know.
- We will never remove or rename an existing v1 field or change what it means. Anything that would break a v1 client ships as a new version, /v2.
- When /v2 ships, v1 keeps running for at least 6 months. We announce the deprecation on the Developers page and by email to every active key owner, and from then on every v1 response carries Deprecation and Sunset headers and a deprecation field.
- Methodology changes — how scores are computed — do not change the API's shape. They are listed in the changelog with the date of their decision record.
Paid plans
Right of withdrawal (consumers only). If you subscribe as a consumer (private individual), you expressly request that the service begins immediately upon payment and acknowledge that, once the service has begun, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law. Businesses and professional users are not subject to this provision.
Suspension
We may suspend or revoke keys, or end API access, for abuse or a breach of these terms — including getting around limits, scraping beyond the API, or reselling data. Where reasonable we will tell you first.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIStockRadars and its operators are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the European Union.
