These terms govern use of AIR Stock Discovery (aistockradars.com). The service is operated by Donatas Juskus as an individual business (Autónomo — self-employed individual, Spain); contact information is on the Imprint page.

Nature of the service

AIStockRadars / AIR Stock Discovery provides descriptive research information about publicly traded companies. It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a solicitation of any kind. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use this service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to extract data beyond the interfaces provided. You agree not to use the service to violate any law or infringe any third party's rights.

Data sources and disclaimers

Company data is derived from public sources including US SEC filings and regulatory records. While we take reasonable care, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Scores are model outputs; they are descriptive, not predictive.

Data attribution

AIR Data is free to read on the site. Public reuse or quotation of AIR scores, discovery-gap values, or evidence-timeline summaries requires visible attribution. Please include the source string Source: AIR Stock Discovery — www.aistockradars.com alongside the quoted figure, and where technically possible link back to the page the data was consulted on. This applies to blogs, articles, newsletters, social posts, and academic use.

Scraping, bulk export, or automated re-distribution of scores and derived metrics is not permitted without prior written permission. Attribution does not imply endorsement, and does not transfer any rights over the AIR Score™ or AIR Discovery™ trademarks.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIStockRadars and its operators are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the European Union.
