This notice describes what AIR Stock Discovery (aistockradars.com) collects, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law. The data controller is Donatas Juskus, operating as an individual business (Autónomo — self-employed individual, Spain); full contact details are on the Imprint page.

What we collect

• Account data — the email address you sign in with, and (if you use Google) the OAuth-provided identifier and display name.
• Product usage events — first-party event records showing which pages you visit, which chips you tap, which companies you follow, and return sessions. Event records include a rotating anonymous session hash; they are linked to your user id only after you sign in.
• Alert preferences — your followed companies and alert frequency.

What we do NOT collect

• No third-party analytics or marketing trackers.
• No advertising cookies. We do not sell your data.
• No pricing data or financial-account information (we do not process payments).

Your rights

You can view your profile in Account and delete it at any time — deletion removes your profile, followed companies, and alert preferences from our systems.

Retention

Account data (email, sign-in identifier) is retained for the life of the account and removed within 30 days of your deletion request. Product-usage events are retained in aggregate for up to 24 months; individual sessions are pruned earlier on request. Alert preferences are removed with the account.
